Joseph P. Sergio, Ph.D.
President, The Sergio Corporation

Joe Sergio has served as the President of The Sergio Corporation since joining the business in 1990. He holds a B.A., a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Management from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Sergio was employed as a consultant at Crowe Chizek and Company for five years prior to assuming his position at The Sergio Corporation. Joe is the former President of the Midwest Region for one of the largest and highest rated disaster restoration networks in North America that completes over $1 Billion of hurricane restoration each year. Joe has served as Chairman of the Board at the C.A.S.I.E Center, and is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Citizens for Community Values of Indiana. He is a Member of the St. Joseph County Chamber Of Commerce, serves on the Board of the South Gateway Association, and is the former Chairman of the Indiana Leadership Council for the Northern Indiana National Federation of Independent Businessmen. Joe and his wife have four adult children.

Anthony P. Sergio, Founder
President, Homeland Restoration Network

Tony Sergio is the founder of the first series of Sergio family businesses that now comprise The Sergio Corporation. He is currently the President of Homeland Restoration Network, the large loss and catastrophe disaster restoration division of the corporation. He has been a driving force in the rapid growth of First Response. Tony's extensive background in reconstruction, structural drying and disaster response make him an asset on any job site. Tony has overseen expert luxury residential restoration projects. His vast commercial experience extends from flood restoration services in Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis and Cedar Rapids in the Heartland to the hurricane-ravaged Gulf Coast states. He is an active member of Disaster Kleenup International, and many other professional industry specific associations. Tony is a life long resident of Michiana area and is active in his church as the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Tony has also served as a short-term missionary to Africa. Tony and his wife have five children.

Alan C. Scott, M.A.
President, First Response

Al Scott has been a partner with The Sergio Corporation for 19 years and serves as the President of First Response. Al oversees all operations for First Response. He holds a B.A. and M.A. degrees from Ball State University where he also served as an assistant basketball coach for four years. During this period the school won the Mid-American Conference Championship and posted the best record in the school's history. He has been active as a head basketball coach at the grade school, and middle school levels and has won a host of city and regional championships. His teams hold a 113-43 record during this time period. Mr. Scott has served as the Varsity Basketball Coach at Trinity School at Greenlawn for many years. He holds the distinguished title of Certified Restorer which is an elite group of professionals that have receive advanced training covering all aspects of the restoration industry. There are less than 300 individuals with this distinction. Al and his wife have four children.
